After submitting your request you will receive a PayPal invoice with a precise quotation. I will not start on the work until you have signalled your agreement by paying the invoice.

I ask you to pay in advance, because as you can appreciate, each poem is unique and written especially for you.

However I will be happy only if you are happy with the end product. So if you are not totally satisfied with the poem you receive, tell me what it is you’re not happy with, and I will re-write it, add to it or take stuff out.

I want you to have a poem that makes the occasion extra special, and I really hope you will tell your friends about me.

So, if, even after re-writing, you are still not pleased enough with the work, I will of course refund your money.
